    Yes, you did see a used 265 on Judge Yachts....it is a 2005 in excellent condition.....see my ad in the for sale section... :wink: It really is a great boat for you folks looking at 265's.

    I ran the following last evening. 1-1.5 ft chop. slack tide, 3/4 fuel, one passenger. Note speeds are kts not mph 4000 RPM 28 kts 19.5 GPH 4300 RPM 30.7 kts 21.5 GPH 4600 RPM 32.3 kts 25.1 GPH 4800 RPM 34 kts 26 GPH 5000 RPM 36 kts 27.5 GPH

    I echo the advice on talking the cabing drawers out on the 265 to get at the filter...much easier...it is right there to your lower left

    slimjim: I made a hardwood base for my cutting board so I can pop it in the large square hole...sets up great for bait prep....otherwise knives and pliers

    I used to have a 208...got a great cover from boatcoversdirect that lasted many years...sold it with the boat in fact....I called them and they had a profile on the boat with the bow rail on file.

    galstron21....you can feel performance differences with partially filled tanks......but you'll be running back with a full fishbox of fat tuna and it will all even out :lol:

    I have not had that problem. It does sound like the tabs are over trimmed, even though I see your note on how you are setting them.

    my mistake...I was talking at the helm. Inside you will have to duck a bit....in the head particularly. In my view it is workable below...but it IS tight if you are tall.
