    Which Prop do you use? Sailfish 282/Yamaha f250

    2006 GW 282 owner 3.3L F250's I ran 15 1/4 x 19 SWS II props. Repowered in 2016 4.2L F250's and am now running 15 1/2 x 17 SWS II SDS props.

    2024 Marlin Trim Tabs

    Whatever the reason, having them mounted to the transom eliminates those boats from a potential purchase. Definitely something to be aware of going forward.

    What's up with tabs on the Marlin? Some ad pics are showing them in a pocket while others show them mounted to the transom.

    Fuel usage numbers, 282.

    2006 282 with 2016 F250's clean bottom 1.9mpg at 3400 24-26 mph. Dirty bottom it drops to 1.4mpg. Original engines were 3.3 F250's and did slightly less.

    Looking for source of black rubber bungies for under gunnel rod holders on 2006 Sailfish. Any leads appreciated.

    Cruising RPM's?

    06 Sailfish w/2016 250's Typical cruise is 3200-3300 RPM's at 25-26knots, economy at that pace is 1.8-1.9 mpg. We like to enjoy the journey.

    Mine is documented, I had it done when I did the initial purchase and renew annually.

    Sailfish Needs

    A & J Canvas in Vanceboro, NC is the place to go for your curtains. For the cabin door, I would call GW customer service. Bolsters could be gotten from local to you canvas shop.

    There were none on my Sailfish when bought new, I have since installed them.
