Thanks for all the help, I'm going to give it a try once I get the parts together. GulfGrady I keep the boat on a lift and trailer once in a while depending where I want to fish.

It's the small cylinder on the port side. It looks like you have to unscrew the top of the cylinder off with a spanner wrench, change the seal and replace. What I'm worried about is all the fluid going to be lost.

My trim cylinder seal is leaking on my F250. Is this a do-it-yourself repair or should I leave it to a professional ? Has anyone changed these before that could share some info? Thanks Jim

Give them a call at 1-866-554-5919. They have the pattern for a Gulfstream. They will send you pictures and fabric samples. I would deal with them again. Cover was shipped in a timely manner and fit like promised.

I took the windshield off a boat once to fit it in the garage. It was held on with machine screws that had T shaped heads. The T end slide into the track on the window frame and the threaded end went through the fiberglass and was attached with washers and nuts.

I have a 232 on a bunk trailer with carpet and was having some trouble getting the boat off the trailer at some shallow ramps. I looked into buying the plastic slicks and thought they were to pricey. Bought a can of spray silicon ($6.00) at the hardware store and sprayed the carpet. I can't...

I would like to make the folding cabin rod rack for my 05 Gulfstream. I priced it from my local Grady dealer and at $522 it's just to much money. Does anyone have this option that would be willing to trace theirs for a pattern? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Jim
