1990 228/ HONDA F225. I get 40mph wot. I cant imagine going any faster would be safe for that hull design.

I have a 1990 228 with F225. My lenco tabs are electric and return to the up position when the ignition is turned off. I was told they are a better buy than bennett, although Im sure some will disagree.

I put lenco tabs on my 228 last year, well worth the money and inproved permormance 10 fold.

As this project come to a close I would like to thank all those who contributed there advice and helped the new guy out. The old timers in the marina gave it a good going over at each step and all gave a nod of approval. They must have known someone, somewhere was helping me. Thanks again.
