I'm planning on compound and waxing my boat this week. Have an older 6" polisher that runs at either 1250 or 1500 rpm. Looking at the newer polishers on the market they go up to 5-6K rpm. Am i good with what I have or should i look into upgrading to a more powerful polisher? Thanks!

I had a hdslive-9 on my 97 225. Covered the box with starboard and flush mounted it there looked great and just barely fit height wise.

Call Grady, they have the full trailer specs for the boat: fully loaded weight, distance from bow eye to transome, etc

Yup im in ny too. New trailers are around 5k with a 8-12 week wait of you have to order. Hopefully something will pop up

Where is everyone mounting the circuit breaker? Lewmar says as close to battery as possible but the breaker is a surface mount and really dont want to have it sticking out inside boat. Under dash would be better but i believe too far from battery.

Ok thanks. No worrys with line getting jammed. Was worried that mounting on the pulpit would drop the line to far forward in the anchor box

Mounted on the hull next to pulpit or on the hatch?

Has anyone installed a windlass i On the 225 with a factory pulpit? Have a lewmar 700 im installing and dont think ill get enough drop in the anchor locker if mounted on pulpit but really dont want to mount on anchor locker hatch. Any help appreciated

Send grady support an email and they will send you a list of the current thru hulls and part numbers. From there you can find the stainless equivalent. Did the same last year

Im adding underwater lights to my tournament 225. I Need to find a spot to install a switch. On the top row of the switch panel is 4 "acc" circles (see attached pic). Is there a switch I can buy that will fit in one of those spots? Are those breakers for something else? Probably a dumb question...

Looking to find a winter cover for my 97 tournament 225g with a provision for the bow pulpit. Trying to find one made specifically for this model and not just a off the shelf cover. Anyone know a company that sells them? Thanks
