Yes I had 17 pitch props at first set of rev limiters at 6200 changed to 18 1/2 on 20hr service.5950 wot both motors.used 3 weeks spun both props got new ones on warranty now 300 rpms difference.changed prop on motor not getting 5950 still the same. That’s why I am talking props to shop next...

6000 on port 5700 on starboard No No I am going to have props checked,make sure they are both 18 1/2 pitch. They gave me another prop no change take to shop at thanksgiving.

80 hrs I will have to wait till spring on fuel lines.yes I can swapped.dealer did put fuel pressure gauge on it at idle and wot said it was perfect.

2023 new out of box in February,dealer installed

I am taking props to shop make sure they are the same. I did gauge swap.fuel lines and filters all new. I am hoping it’s the props,3x16x18 1/2 Suzuki props.

Dealer adjusted tps.to make same also cables. No change.

hey guys I repowered my 300 marlin with df250 (not fly bye wire) I have 300rpm diff. between port and starboard engines at wot.any thoughts what could be problem.

Doing repower over winter with Suzuki df250 mechanical,on 03 marlin 300.anyone have this setup.if so looking for cruise,top speed and gph at cruise.was going with Honda’s but got better deal with Suzuki.

will do, I am going to runs motors this season then do repower next winter. Honda 2024 motors come out in July. talked with dealer give deposit then.an yes I was thinking same thing on props. when I repowered my 24 offshore with new Mercury they used some computer program, got it right on money.

that would be nice but cost would be insane. there are a few guys that do mobile service.

east coast Mass. everything up here is insane more .I know some guys up here run there boats south and got 6 to 8gs less in price. I just don't have the time or trailer, for that. I can get mechanical for 49gs but that's with2 yr warranty commercial.

Ya I was shocked too Suzuki dealer is also Honda dealer he told me Honda's were 4gs more.

she's looks great with the Hondas. I have an 2003 looking to install same motors, do you have numbers wot and gph cruise and gph. also were you happy with the performance?

Ya have price 60,000 fly by wire only thing 1 dealer close to me but bad rep. also I do not have trailer to get there. Honda dealer near me has lift so run boat to him for install and service. I also have Honda repair place near me also with lift.

Evening I was told you sold your 300 marlin with Honda 250s.did you like the performance? what was your cruise and gph? Looking to repower with same motors,would like your input.
