I had same thing happen.. Only way I could free it was to take it apart put in a chain vise and use a 4' pipe wrench.. Needless to say it had some grooves in it. Cleaned it up and smoothed it out. Use it for spare parts. The parts can be bought on line pretty reasonable. Now I service every year.

I have a Panda on my '08 Express... I have over 800 hours on it. Never had a problem running the Gen when at cruise speed or faster. I run it 3 days straight sometimes on trips.... Purrrs like a kitten.. I did hydro lock it once because I put a freshwater flush system in and opened the hose...

Did the same thing..Works well. I don't know how you would ever change the seals in the pump. I also put some glue on my finger tips to keep them sticky.. Helped a lot.. I don't intend changing again until it actually goes bad.. I have 700 hours on the gen set with only 2 impellar replacements...

I have a 260 in my 33Express hooked to NavNet 2 (Furuno). Don't put it where Grady says. They told me to put it in the forward bilge area. I did it and lost the bottom at 12 knots or less. Called again they said cut a hole in the storage compartment of the aft berth, install there..Same result...

I bought the holders on E Bay.. Sqaure plte bolts to hard top. Then put stainless extensions on.. They work great.

Basically I just change the oil.. I do put additive in every tank. I also carry a spare relay and impellar. I have adjusted the valves once. Thing purrs like a kitten. Got over 600 hours on it. Normally it runs every week, but if it doesn't get used I still start it and run it with the hot water...

Make sure you always have the discharge valve open before you start the pump out. The newer ones have what they call "duck valves" on each side of the pump. I had the same issue a year ago..They replaced the pump with a new one upgraded one..Worked great since.

I mounted this on the very end of the pulpit..Pulled power from the windlass. It comes with a Perko Mount. It's wireless remote so no wires have to be run for control. The Perko socket has a sliding cover so when you don't need the light you stow it and close it up. Just need to be sure to pack...

It's a apain. I mounted my switch and pump on a piece of aluminum angle with a long aluminum flat stock bolted to it. I then screwed the flatstock intothe transom. Now if goes bad I just pull the bracket out and replace.

Mine starts right up, but I have had some problems. I would check the fuel pump and check valve,(built into pump). Pull the oil sending unit wire off the sending unit, push the on button only(not start) you should hear the pump and check valve. At the very least let the pump run for a minute...
