Sounds like the right way to do it. So Yamaha makes a cable to go directly from the Yamaha bus directly into the Garmin Nema2000 socket or do you have to go to a nema2000 bus network first?

Thanks. So I should have a Yamaha bus under the dash and that needs a special plug to make the connection to the 7013 chart plotter Nema 200 socket. I will have to find my way to the wiring. Does Yamaha make a cable or is it always diy?

I checked the manual for my 7015 garmins and they have NEMA 2000 and NEMA 0183 connectors. I assume that is different from a J1939 ppport.

I have found some holes in the stainless basket of my raw water srainer for the AC on my 2007 305. I am not sure of the brand (Groco?) and model. Has anyone worked on these and may know where to find replacement baskets?

I have a 2007 305 with the FP4200 generator. Has anyone tried to replace the impeller? Do you have to remove generator to perform this simple maintence? I called Grady for info but they have chosen not to respond.

No luck when pressure comes up. The guage lights up but does not move. Hopefully it is just guage since getting to sender on water tank might be a real hassel.

Good info. I ordered new pump coming tomorrow. Will check out old one to see if reparable as spare. Sometimes you just want a quick fix. As a new big boat ( big for me) owner , I am delighted to have a repair where I am not paying $120 an hour for labor!
