My friend has 2 250 OX 66 both engines run fine all the time. Cranked up for the boat parade & port wouldn't start. Went thru fuel, spark and cutoff circuit no problems. Turned out to be a fuel pump relay. I'm adding one to my spare parts kit.

Maintenance on this product is costly and endless. I am thinking of converting the flush system back to manual. Has anyone done this? For those with the manual flush what are your experiences with ease of use, flushing ability and maintenance requirements?

Starboard shows 15 to16 volts on voltmeter when running. On same meter port shows 14.2 which is about right. Seems like voltage regulator. Has anyone changed out a voltage regulator? Please provide details. Thanks.

I know there have been a number of topics on this. Port is easy as I already cut in an access panel below the livewell plus the livewell can be removed. I'll have to cut an access panel probably thru the deck for starboard. Has anyone done this? How did you do it and do you have any pics?

Several years ago I secured my dockbox to a concrete dock using PL 5200. I now want to remove it. I heard that light gauge leader wire with a t handle on each end will easilly saw thru the 5200. Is this correct? Anyone try it? Thanks
