    1990 Marlin Floor

Yes, mine is 5/8 I ordered 1/2 inch, thats what I measured at the port hole, but they cut the hole for the port cover, then they took another 1/16 off and added a shoulder for the deck to be recessed. So you dremeled the screw holes a little bigger than filled with fiberglass ? No problems...

    1990 Marlin Floor

I pulled the wood from the fiberglass, and it is 5/8 inch, and when it comes to the looks like they routed out a little material on the hole so the indentd from the holes fit flush. If I use 1/2 inch core, wont the floor be 1/16 inch lower than the rest of the floor? Thanks for your resonse, I'd...

    1990 Marlin Floor

Good morning everyone, I purchased and 90 Marlin a few years ago. The previous owner drilled holes in the center deck, Im guessing to keep it secure. I decided to pull it up and redo the wood. The screws just go through the fiberglass and not the wood. So I thought maybe the wood shrank after 32...

    VST Tank question

Good afternoon friends, when I parked my boat last year 2003 HPDI 250 motors were running flawlessly. When I launched my boat this year, both motors ran fine for 20 minutes or so , then the port motor cut out, like it ran out of gas. Primed it a few minutes, it started back up and ran for a few...

Good morning friends, I just pulled my boat out of dry dock and into my new slip. When I got to my boat that morning I noticed grass coming out of the cowling cover where my rubber grommet used to be. Looks like some how I lost the rubber piece sometime last year and a pretty small bird had...

I usually never tow my boat, stays in the water til Dec, then I pull it and store it on the marina lot. Same price a year, land or water. After reading some post , and checking a few connections, I followed advice from Rodbolt, and jumped the black and black/red wire coming off the remote tank float, the yellow light went to green, and the pump started automatically filled to top line on main tank, cut itself off, and seems to be...

    92 Yamaha 130 alarm problems

Seems like what I thought fixed the problem actually didn't. I finally got it to fail after running it for a while a 3/4 throttle. As soon as alarm went off, I stopped, pulled the cowling off, and the main oil tank was at the bottom line, yet the remote tank is full. I am able to use the...
