I have the same boat and engines. Do the F300s cause the 272 to ride low in the water/scuppers? Are you pleased with them and any suggestions? I currently have original engines and I am hoping to avoid a re-power so any advice/experience is appreciated.

In 2019 we upgraded our 98 272 electronics. We went with 2 9in Garmin displays, radar, autopilot, and remote spotlight. Two seasons in and I have no complaints. Here is a picture of the helm.

Awesome! Is there someone that manages or organizes events for GW owners in Southern New England. Would be cool to have a get together next summer in Block Island.

Purchaed the boat in May of 2018. The throttles seem loose and at WOT I get 5500 rpm from the port engine and 4500 rpm from the starboard. In addition, the throttles are touchy when trying to synch the engines. Do I replace the the throttle binnacle or does it need adjusting? They work but...
