Am going to try and replace the worn out cockpit moldings on my 1998 Islander 268. Found a place in NC that claim they have OEM original moldings, and they look authentic. Does anyone know what type of plastic/nylon rivets are used and where I might find them? Thanks.

I have always stored my boat in New England 90% full of fuel. Many opinions differ. What do most folks in colder states do regarding fuel level during storage?

Update, Prop Gods recommend trying out my old 15 inch prop. Will let you know how it changes performance.

Thanks all, great info and I will contact Propgods.com. My old OX66 was running a 15 1/4 x15P prop, had great hole shot up onto plane (perhaps because of two stroke). I still have that prop, wonder if I should throw it on and take her for a run.

Thanks for all the help. Here is the update, the filter bowl was full only after I pumped the bulb, which stayed hard, normally it is 3/4 as described. Today I checked filters, all clean, no water, red ring was at bottom of bowl before draining and cleaning, and stay there. Then did voltage...
