I have a 96 voyager that the plexiglass accidentally got broken and would like to know if it can be replaced? It’s the hatch on top of the cuddy forward toward the bow pulpit. Has anyone ever had this issue and replaced the plexiglass without without replacing the entire unit.

I have always wanted auto pilot but had a hard time justifying the cost. I finally pulled the trigger and installed it. Now that I have used it a few times I can say I absolutely love it. When you run 50 or 60 miles round trip only people with AP know how relaxing it is.

Glass is cracked on fold over part of my hatch going into the cuddly cabin. To save having to pay for a new one which would most likely have to be customized I sandwiched the crack between two walnut boards that I cut out and finished.

The plastic or plexiglass hatch going into my cabin has a crack a few inches long. I try to be carful as not to make it worse. Has anyone had any luck repairing this so it doesn’t look like a t*rd in a punch bowl. I thought about the stuff that you use a light to cure.

Does anyone with a Grady Voyager have windlass? If so did you install and and are there any precautions that need to be addressed.? Thanks!

My Voyager is a 1996 and I feel it is time to replace the thru hulls! I think I will be able to get to most although it will be a challenge but I am worried about the rear port side scuppers. Has anyone ever replaced or have advice on replacing these? Thanks

I test drove the Voyager today with my new 300 E-tec and was more than pleased. I got the fly by wire plus I-command gauges and I think I will love this set up although the sensitive so you have to be easy on the throttle.

Is there anyone running an E-tec of any HP on their Grady? If so how do you like it.

I am considering repowering my 96 Voyager with a 300 E-tec any one in grady land have this motor on their boat? If so any info on the fuel numbers and pros and cons of this motor would be great. I have also looked at Suzuli and Yamaha and I am leaning toward the Evinrude any thoughts?

I am in the process of replaceing fuel vent hoses on my 1996 Voyager. I had to pull the access hatches in order to file the holes larger because the new vent hose is a fraction larger than orig. ones. I'm haveing a little trouble with aux. tank hose. Any suggestions would be welcome.

I have been thinking about replacing the scuppers and thru hulls on my Voyager but I don't know how I would get to the starboard side scuppers. Has anyone taken on this project and have any advice they would like to share :?: The easy way would be just replace the rings and valves.
