Nice! Do you have one of those weighted rollers?
Yep,,, weighs about 230#

Just firm pressure working from inside out and make sure the edges are sealed good. Scored the paper backing in the middle and peeled back both sides and applied firm pressure working outward. Wiped surface down with acetone before installation.

That pressure sensitive adhesive is some odd stuff. On your large sections try to rig something to apply even pressure. They miscut one of my pieces and they installed it while I waited for the replacement. They didn't use the roller on that piece and it was very easy to remove.

One of the guys I work with bought a roller. I'm borrowing it for the bigger pieces.
If you get an air bubble the installers just hit it will a razor knife. The adhesive seals it and you can't spot it.

Well, this will be nice. Not stuck down yet, just first time I've been able to place the pieces on the boat.

And with the new cabin cushions,,, very happy with the outcome.

My question is....what the hell were you doing up at 5:04 on Sunday morning?
I can't speak for Ky, but sadly I am up at this time everyday, weekend or not. I inherited this annoying trait from my father.

Looks good, now for the rest of the boat :)

Looks good -- keep a towel handy for boarding the boat from the stern when on the trailer.
