The 2003 seems overpriced to me. You will take a serious depreciation hit on the new one. I would look for something 2-4 yrs old with low hrs or 2005-07 and repower it. You will still be way less than the than the 2014.

I use a plastic scouring ball like you get at the grocery store works great.

Did you pull a tape? It probably would but you would have to patch existing holes and redrill.

It's the oil..peanut oil on a rag will do the same, both would be an unsanitary mess. If you want to do some type of oil just use wd40 on a rag.

That was your mistake you washed the years of crud that built up in your tank. Get a professional to clean your tank and haul off the fuel in it. It is not that expensive unless you are full. If that's the case just get the tank cleaned and the fuel polished and burn up that e10 as fast as you...

Nothing wrong with a re-tuned prop that was done properly, but if you don't want to do that just replace it with the same. Your getting 6k and as long as the are no other issues why change?

Try lacquer thinner and a white rag..I got a few xtra yrs out of mine that way

In 2010 the US 19 location sold a used 25' Stamas out from under me with a 15 k deposit within a week. My money was ready as promised and on time. I show up on the Saturday promised, the boat is gone. No one called, no email, nothing. My deposit check was returned with no explanation.

Does anyone know what brand Y diverter they used in 1990 for the livewell/washdown pump? Or do you know of a brand that has a smaller assembly? Most are too large to get all the hoses to fit in the battery compartment on my 1990 Gulfstream. Thanks....

On my 1990 the reservoir is located in the cabin under the cushion on the starboard side pretty much next to where the potti box is.

We had gotten a few stress cracks in the corners after the repower and that was about it, my mechanic is very trustworthy so when he told me there was no issues at the time of repower I believe him. The water is getting in a few places from what we can tell and the screws were in a good place...

It's a 1990.. the tanks and fuel lines have been done prior to the repower. We bought the vessel for 8k ran her 700hrs and the engine went boom. The new Etec cost 18k so i would say we are upside down. If the remodel fits the budget then we will keep her..if not we will buy another vessel...
