    Replacing a Raystar 120 with a 125

I am planning to splice the existing RS120 cable to the new RS125 cable end.....Is this the best solution or should I get the conversion "pig tail" cable E36013? What are the wiring connections if I splice to the existing (RS120) cable? Hopefully someone has done this????? Thanks, JC

    Advance 257

check www.gradywhite.com look under "performance data"....they usually put inline 4 cylinder 4 stroke 150's on that boat...not sure if 115's would be enough HP.

    electronics cabinet

pull the access panel in the cabin (4 screws in my chase 273) then reach up and pull out the stainless steel lock pin on the post that raises the box. you will then be able to access the the push rod mechanism... a little oil/grease and a "push/pull" while pressing the raise/lower switch...

Installation help with a ProSport 20 Batt charger for 273CC

cool GG, no worries....I will let you know how the install goes. Unfortunately, there is no room for a 3rd battery unless I tipped 3 AMG's on their sides....for now, I will just keep a spare batt below deck.

    Wash pump installation for GW273

I did read on this forum, that adding a separate pump and connecting it via a Y valve may improve the performance?? Not sure if changing the diameter of the hose will make that much of a difference...common sense tells me that the mitigating factor would be the pumps' output...but then again...

Installation help with a ProSport 20 Batt charger for 273CC

Gentlemen, Thanks for the replies, I am aware that GW does not offer a Charger as an option for the Chase 273, hence my question on a good place to install it. As you know, Grady Gulf, there isn't much room inside the battery console area. I will mainly be using the charger when the boat is...

Gradyfish, When you re-caulked your boat (earlier post), what method did you use to removing the old caulking? I did a small section of the deck and spent a lot of time with a fillet knife removing the caulking...any suggestions are appreciated.

    Wash pump installation for GW273

Thanks for the reply... I installed a Shurflo Pro Baitmaster last weekend. It was a replacement of the original. I had to remove the back 2x4 deck panel which provided easy access to the pump (was unable to get at it via the pie plate). All in all the install was pretty straight forward, 2...

    Wash pump installation for GW273

Anyone replaced/installed a Shurflo Pro Baitmaster WD pump in a 02 GW Chase 273? I am not able to access the pump via the pie plate and wanted to know what's involved with ripping up the deck. Also the pump is close to the gas tank and was wondering if heat shrink connectors are required or if...
