My Overnighter has a 225hp.on a bracket. Takes too long to get on plane, any suggestion on what size and type trim tabs would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hey JRgrady glad you did good. Joe and Nick got hammered but their ok.I was behind brig on Wed. lucky there wasn"t more boats in yet.Looked like only about 1/3 to 1/2 of boats in .Could have been worse.

Brigantine is pretty shallow. We probable have 4ft. at low tide. The island turns just north of us and those boats got hit hard.Bending steel risers on pilings or breaking them off.My friend had a stern riser break and all he could do was watch,to dangerous to go near it. He went down to check...

Took this picture Sunday before the the 75mph winds and flood hit Monday at Brigantine NJ. We had good protection from the wind but that CC across form my Grady White sunk when the tide came up and the lower unit got caught under the dock.

Is weight distribution much of a factor? On my Overnighter I"m thinking about putting it on the same side as the helm and the 2 batteries.Or mayby it would be better to move the swim ladder and put it on the other side.

Thanks for the come back. Looks like connecting rod goes from back of kicker to front of big motor. Is that a garlock adjustable bracket?

I was told That steering off the big motor could not be done with a Grady drive,obviously wrong. can I have some info on how its done, thanks.I have a 206C Overnighter.

Thanks, It was dirt in the main plug connection.Took the engine cover off and my son wiggled connections til we found it.

The power tilt on my 1990 225hp VRO Johnson on my Overnighter does not work all the time.I"m assuming bad connection.Any suggestions where to check?Thanks and Happy Easter.
