I plugged it into the outlet in the cabin, while connected to shore power. It was an 8k BTU and worked great.

Ended up finding an exact match of the breaker on ebay, Lewmar Windlass 35amp breaker. All good now!

For the record, required socket for a 2006 282 Sailfish steering wheel is a 1-5/8" socket. I bought it on amazon around $10. Also got the 3-leg wheel puller on amazon for $20. Wheel was successfully swapped out and I finally have a suicide knob.

My radar mount came with plastic washers to use as "shims". You can get them from west marine, simply put 1 or two on the back bolts to give the dome 2-4 degrees of forward tilt.
