I have a 22-8 with a 225 yamaha. I wondered the same thing, towing a 13 whaler tender with a 30hp. I have yet to try it on a calm day just to see what or how it reacts. I will post in the next week to see how it goes.

Just curious if anyone has replaced their enclosure on a 22-8, 232 with hardtop. The complete set (blue) including canvass what the cost was.

The GW dealer went from the display box through the support pipe into the overhead box and then up into the hardtop. They usually fish a line/string through the pipe first by using a vacuum and pull the large cord. Make sure you start at the proper end.
