How rough is rough? you can certainly tell that the HPDIs are on 4 in idle, once kicked into gear it should sound different and smooth out. Run it next to an ox66 and determine if you still think it is rough :). If you are topping out at 5100, you are likely running on all 6. If you have...

I have SeaInsure, they are great. I unfortunately had to file a claim last year due to my 265 dragging the mooring during a storm. They paid out without any issues.

I have sea deck on my 265 Express. It came with the boat. It is light gray, gets dirty and seems to stain easy. I would have gone darker. It does feel awesome on your feet. No shoes boat.

I have a 265 Express, moved up from a 24ft CC. I would love to have upgrade to a 305 or 33 Express but I run the boat solo for the most part and was nervous about trying to dock a 305 or 33 solo in the wind. I think once I get more comfortable with the 265 I will think about upgrading again.
