how are you supposed to fish off that boat ? ugly,that's a word that sure fits that boat.

when my trophy pro was in the shop,having rot repair,extensive rot repair,the shop owner explained it to me.i doubted the shop owner,i called gw and verified it.

bags of ballast weight,is what they are.my old trophy pro had them,the bags split and i had a million bb's all over.that was a real brite idea from gw.

Re: 1988 24foot offshore -how does this hull handle rough wa i had a 24,outboard powered.the boat rode awful,it would pound and slap the water,it was the worst riding grady i owned.mine was outboard powered,i didn't know grady made that boat in a stern drive model.my 22 rode better.

my albermarle has all raymarine equipment 2 c-120's and a 1k in hull transducer.this equipment is the best,if you ask me.i've heard alot of bad stuff about the raymarine units,all i can't say is don't believe it.

you can say that again! the price is hideous too.

these are the same guys who advertised they would rig your grady,and teach you how to fish off your grady :roll: that's pretty good for a bait and tackle store

you're kidding,right ? i went fishing on a 32 albermarle,i liked the boat so much i went out and bought one.there's not a grady produced that will match the ride.a neighbor of mine has a 28 carolina classic,he just bought it,i went for a wreck fishing trip on it with him,that boat rides...

i sold my last grady,a '90 trophy pro.i had a ton of money in it,new transom,new fuel tanks,bulkheads and cockpit deck lids,along with a fiberglass bracket.in quick words,i was way upside down in the deal.i sold it because i went for a fishing trip on a 32 albermarle,i was so impressed with that...

my trophy pro had a set of 200 yamaha's.i got on average 1.8nmpg the boat was set up by a pro.props were switched to merc revolution4's this was a huge difference
