I see that this model is listed at 3500 hull weight? Seems light compared to the 222, 230, and some other models? I think I can do the math with adding twin outboards (150's), fuel, t-top, gear, trailer weight, etc. Guessing we are pulling about 7K worth of weight with a moderate setup...

Wow, I have the same exact issue with the cup holder on my 180 in the same spot. I broke it last year swinging a cooler out from inter the seat. It is indeed acrylic. I was going to buy a pc and hot bend it myself but leaning towards making one out of starboard with a couple of stainless inserts.

The one thing I hate about my single axle trailer is that it is the same reason I like it. One axle means less to maintain. This also means less redundancy if a wheel fails. If you stick with a single, I suggest keeping good tires and maintained bearings.

IMO a CC is a true fishing platform. It can support many different styles of fishing and is easier to trailer and manage with just the captain or a small crew. I have no experience with a 216 but have been on many GW CC and love them.

This is what I use on everything except for my cheerios. Works great and when you need to take apart, it is actually possible. 5200 will outlast itself but nothing is ever permanent.
