T-Tops For Grady White Center Consoles

Anyone know who makes these for Grady when they are part of a build?

My gas tank has a leak

Have never done this before but have looked into it for someone. The amount of work it may be to remove the tank would certainly warrant a new tank for sure. If you have soft wood, you likely have more going on there do deal with than just a tank. If you love the boat and it is worth it to you...

Grady White 247 Advance Tow Weight?

I see that this model is listed at 3500 hull weight? Seems light compared to the 222, 230, and some other models? I think I can do the math with adding twin outboards (150's), fuel, t-top, gear, trailer weight, etc. Guessing we are pulling about 7K worth of weight with a moderate setup...

    Where can I find these?

Saw another picture of a 180 with this same issue so seems common. Again, regarding the location, it is an acceptable spot. I’m going to fabricate something within the next week and will try to post pictures. My son might also be able to print me one with his 3d printer.

    Where can I find these?

It is s It is stock and works fine. Better there than someone putting their drink behind the window and emptying on the controls. Not a terrible amount of room on the console otherwise.

    Where can I find these?

Wow, I have the same exact issue with the cup holder on my 180 in the same spot. I broke it last year swinging a cooler out from inter the seat. It is indeed acrylic. I was going to buy a pc and hot bend it myself but leaning towards making one out of starboard with a couple of stainless inserts.

    216 Fisherman Question

The subject has been covered quite a bit and there are pros and cons for each style of boat. Not a Grady but pilot house boats are also a neat style of for purpose fishing boat that offer something between a walk around and a center console. What makes us happy is all that matters. My boat name...

Need New Trailer for 192 Tournament - single or double axle? Type?

The one thing I hate about my single axle trailer is that it is the same reason I like it. One axle means less to maintain. This also means less redundancy if a wheel fails. If you stick with a single, I suggest keeping good tires and maintained bearings.

    Trailering a 222 Fisherman?

Well here in New Hampshire we have to tow uphill both ways to and from the ocean. :) Regarding the trailer, I guess I was just looking to clarify that is something that I will pay for to ensure a trouble free experience. Nothing like ordering and waiting for parts or the can of worms affect of...

    Trailering a 222 Fisherman?

If the trailer that comes with whatever I buy is within a few years old, I will certainly consider it. However, I hate working on trailers and seems like the most sacrificial part of a trailered boat. Wheels, tires, springs, rotors, bearings, pads, rollers, roller arms, pins, actuator, etc. All...

    Trailering a 222 Fisherman?

I am slowly deciding on my next boat and after owning a 180, I am certain my next boat will be a Grady White and sticking with a center console. I have been searching for later model 209 but now thinking a 222 might save me upgrading again in 4-5 years and be able to handle bigger water...

    216 Fisherman Question

IMO a CC is a true fishing platform. It can support many different styles of fishing and is easier to trailer and manage with just the captain or a small crew. I have no experience with a 216 but have been on many GW CC and love them.

    Seafarer 226

Bean bag chairs are super comfortable and might fix this for your wife. One thing to point out as a consideration with them is that they can take up a bit of space on and off the boat. I returned mine because of this but would not hesitate to get another if I had a more frequent need and I had...

    Sealant for deck plates

This is what I use on everything except for my cheerios. Works great and when you need to take apart, it is actually possible. 5200 will outlast itself but nothing is ever permanent.

Keelguard Colors to Match Hull? Size for 180?

Thanks. I did order one the other day but it is on backorder. No damage but I am very careful with my boat and get picked on by other boating buddies regarding how clean and scratch free my boat is. Keekguard is just me furthering that I guess. I had a hambys on my last bass boat and was...

Keelguard Colors to Match Hull? Size for 180?

OK maybe not a popular mod so maybe a better question is if this will affect of the resale after putting one of these one my hull? I know that I bought this boat because there was no bottom paint and any that had it were off of my list. A keelguard is not permanent but a lot of work to remove...

Keelguard Colors to Match Hull? Size for 180?

I'm looking to add a Megaware keel guard to my Grady White 180. Size and color suggestions? I hear almond is a near match? I don't want black and think white would stand out just us much due to Gradys being more off-white in tone. Thanks for you help.

    Fisherman 222 vs 209?

I do a lot of different kinds of fishing from trolling for salmon and laker, casting lures fishing flats for stripers, and some bottom fishing for sea bass and tog. I usually ground fish 1-2 times per year and plenty of live bait fishing inshore. I have fished for tuna but with an 18 foot boat...

    Fisherman 180

I have a 180 and can say that it rides better than 20-22' boats in other brands with bigger outboards, at least IMO and in boats that I have driven. I have been 40+ miles offshore with it and in the coastal waters of New England it is not bath water even on the calmest days. Fishes great with...

    Fisherman 222 vs 209?

This could also read Seafarer 226/228 vs either of those as well. Have a 180 (love it) and will be soon hunting for a bigger Grady. Sold on Grady White boats though after looking at and riding in so many other brands. There were 2 other brands I liked but way out of my price range and...
