I have a few zippers that have the same problem. I looped a piece of mono leader material through the hole and put a crimp on the ends.

This is the part # for just the blade refills.

I just replaced the blades on my 2000 Gulfstream over the weekend. I bought the blades at NAPA. The part # is 60-2008. They are listed as severe duty truck blades. Perfect match to the original blades.

I had the same thing happen 3 years ago to my Gulfstream. I used Loctite Power Grab mounting tape. I think I bought it at HD or Lowes. It's on its 3rd season and still holding strong.
