I have a gulfstream 2000 with twin 150's. I installed the profish 700. I installed it as far back on pulpit as possible, leaving the anchor hatch useable. I installed a bail at the end bolted threw the roller. I never had a problem. I did install the remote with fob. If i am alone I can be on...

I mounted mine under the console. I also purchase the remote receiver with the fob. Very helpful retrieving up on the bow.

My Gulfstream is a 2000, The pump is in the stern. There are two next to each other. The right one is the salt water wash down and the left one is your fresh water pump.

I use a product called m-y wedge. It is a very hard rubber cylinder with a hole in the center that goes over the ram. You raise your motor put the m-y wedge over the ram then lower the motor on to it. It keeps the motor plenty off of the ground. m-ywedge.com

Lewmar also makes one. I plan to add one to my steering wheel when spring finally comes.

I Have a 2000 Gulfstream and installed the profish 700. I installed it as far back on the pulpit to the anchor locker as I could. I has worked fine for me. I did also installed the remote and when I retrieve I watch with the locker hatch open.

I used different colored electrical tape on the ends to separate the different pair of lines. Have to keep the wife Happy.

I replaced them on my twin 150's. One was in very bad shape had a hard time removing the lower unit spline past the bushing. I used a hack saw blade and cut it in a few places. Take your time and you will be fine.

The fork part is for popping your snaps on your curtains. I use instead of pulling on the curtain and possibly ripping out the snap.
