Can I add HPDIs on my 2001 GW 265 EXPRESS? It has the 200 HPDIs on her now. The boats rated for 500 HP. Not sure how much more the 250ies are. Anyone done this?

3400 rpm, 26MPH, 23Knots, 15.5GPH..........3800 RPM, 32MPH, 26Knots 18.5GPH This is with 170 gallons of fuel and 2 people. 200 HPDI Yamahas 265 Express.

I have twin Yamaha 200 HPDIs and would like to know how much it is to have the water pumps changed and how long it should take to do the job? Also does anyone know how much the water pumps cost per pump? Thanks! :lol:

ok I have the Norcal Stock Fridge on my 2001 265. Its been working good on shorepower, last saturday night I left the battery switchs on overnight, then on Sunday I turned them off. Yesterday when I went to the boat, the fridge was off? So I checked some things out and now the fridge ONLY...

Ok, So my boat came without the back two box inserts that hang over the batterys on both sides. I called Grady and they gave me the part numbers for them of Port-11-254 and Stb- 11-255. They told me to call some GW Dealers, when I did I was shocked :shock: at the cost of them, $256 dollars...

The boat I am looking at does not have a stove. (I thought they all came with one) anyway how hard is it to add a stove, what kind would you add and how much do they cost. I really would like to have one on the boat.
