You are on the right track. that 17 M on the prop is indeed yamahas stamp. IIRC the 17M is a copy of the Mercury mirage plus. I may be wrong but its been a long time since I researched this with Ken at Propgods.com. Mercury is known for having the best props in the business IMHO. Grady tested...
